Sure the author likes Bee, what is a very good thing ehehe. Ooops! Only now I read the author's description: Bee tenth sketches! What a challenge ... I wouldn't take it. Let's Bee in peace... ehehe. Now, in few sincere words: this music seems like an airplane which is uncapable to take out and fly at all. I liked very much the starting melody. Was it yours or a Bee sketche? It has power. Close 2:00 min there is another very good passage. Was it a Bee sketche? It is very interesting but very difficult to score, because what am I evaluating, Bee music??. Although it has some great passages, it has also some "empty" passages which don't fit.

C	Brandenberg Echoes	6.67	9.50	7.00	6.00	4.00	5.50	8.00	Too long. The contest can't handle 30 minutes pieces. Too much dissonances in wrong places and WRONG chords, specially in first half. It is a Distorted Brandenburg concert and not echoes. However, there passages close the end that are very better (specially the chords and mood). But I have to be honest with the score for the whole. You should cut off the first 2/3 and work on the last 1/3, then the result would be very very very better (and easier to score).
C	The Lost Flamenco	8.00	9.00	7.00	8.00	8.50	8.50	7.00	After a while, it gets boring because the theme turns too much predictable and there are not variations, surprises or a second theme to create some storyline. Also the guitar should play more complex harmonies but it stays too simple following the theme. Effort to play (performance) a basic theme in detriment of more beauty and variations.

Also, Cadenza violin has no stacatto when needed, so it sounds HORRIBLE sometimes. A very bad choice. The starting theme remembers a Bee one, therefore not very original; but it doesn't develop and changes to other original themes.

Then, seems the author wanted to alongate it without waiting for better inspiration and it loses the pace without a clear direction. It has highs and some lows because the main theme is a bit confused. Then it returns to the theme and remembers Prokofiev a lot. Then it loses direction again, and returns, and so on.

A	Forty	8.85	9.00	10.00	10.00	8.00	9.10	7.00	It repeats too much the main theme, but the coda was able to catch my attention again when I was getting bored. It was very good. The main theme again is not original enough, but better then in String Variations, were there are passages which are almost copies of known themes. At least, here, we have some good work at the end which saved the submission.
