Promised Land 8.10 This is a very nice piece of work, but I think some of the brass instruments could have used different reverb and chorus settings. Some thing you need to play with in Cakewalk.                                      
Recessional 8.20 Not bad at all, this is very well done, and traditional, The horns are excellent in this one, they have just the right tones. The drums at the end could be worked on a little.                                      
Symphony 1 Redone 8.10 The volumes sound like they jump a little at the beginning and in other parts of the piece. This could be fix using the number 11 control, to still give that jump in volume but not so abruptly. This music is wonderful and wouldn't mind hearing this one live.  Keep up the great work.                                       
Can't Find My Way Without You 8.00 I would have to say that this is more contemporary than classical. (No point deductions) Another beautiful tune in this contest, which makes it hard to mark.  You may want to rethink the drums in this tune to transpose it to more of a classical tune, not that the drums are bad. But it would take away the contemporary sound. Nice melody , keep up the great work.

12 Winds in 4 Parts 6.90 Interesting work. This needs lots of technical work. It sounds too strait forward Try reading some of help files on MIDI at site for more information. As for the tune, I like the jazziness and the offbeat ness of the song. it works very well.                                        
Spring 7.90 Love the intro tune. You go into a sadness type of tune, which makes me asks… why? Is spring not a happy time? Very good music.                                     
Little Waltz 8.00 Nice waltz. But like all waltzes they are never going to be on the top of the hit list unless you're living in the 18th centaury. I like what you've done with the Drums and horns, it made the waltz interesting and makes it's own mark in the long list waltz music. Does anyone ever dance to this anymore?                                       
The Ethereal Mist 9.70 Great harmony and intro melody, the voices are excellent as well. The trumpets at 1:24 to 1:30 sound off to me. The chimes at 2:18 and on, I think would sound better using the Orchestra harp. Very good use of the some of sound effects. (i.e. Guitar fret noise).                                       
Phoenix Suite No 1 8.80 Too bad your project did not work out. This music is great, you know when to make it brash and when not to.                                     
Snow Bound 8.90 Great intro, love the timing of the notes and the rush. All the instruments work well in this Classical work. Nice work.

Kattorna 7.90 A good piece, a little busy in spots. At times I think you don’t know were your going with the music, even if this was improved it could be mistaking for mumbo jumbo. Interesting themes, and randomness, but gets a little boring after a while. Good ending, I like the drifting off.                                     
Kann denn Liebe 7.50 I like it, sound like one of those old tunes for the 40's , only I cant quite place which song.                                      
The Tora Bora Boogie 8.00 The intro reminds me of the old Batman shows, with that 1960's cartoon sound. This song is very inventive and my best guess is that this song comes form the files of RR, so if I'm wrong sorry. But I'm under the impression that only the inventiveness and sometimes sadistic mind of Ron would think of putting some marching tunes in the back round of a song tiled Tora Bora Boogie. (he he he)                                    
Orango Tango 4.00 Sorry but I just think that this is just not good enough to say much about other than that it sound like a Tango and the ending needs to fade.                                    
January Ides 7.00 Hummm it's ok but I'm not moved .

Magnus Piano 5.00 You need to work on the harmonies.                                     
This Fire 8.00 Great intro and nice build up. What makes this a great song is you can hear the notes for the lyrics, they tent to come out at you.                                      
MIXED & UNKNOWN                                        
Arachnilado 9.90 Awesome theme, the only thing the bugs me about this work is one of the tempo changes lacks a smoothness mid way into the song, but that’s more than likely because of the of the software program. Mind you thats also E.A. Poe's style. This long peace keeps my interest going, I want to know what happens next. And just like E.A. Poe the song ends the same way his writing does. This would fit well in a movie. When you play this peace you may want to make note of the great work on the keyboards. I'm not sure but I would say that this peace transposes from Augmented to Diminished and back again in "G". This would only be achievable using a Chromatic, or a 9tone-scale; or some similar scale. Looking at the MIDI file did not help me in trying to discover this, unless I was willing to spend a couple of months decoding how and where all of the notes in the song fit in, you see some of the chords are made up form two or more instruments. The beat and voices works well in creating that doom and gloom mood, yet at the same time creating the on going suspense.

Melody for Thursday 8.00 Very quaint tunes this would be a great tunes for kids.

Going Home 7.90 Reminds me of the American Civil War music. Nice armaments of the kind of music.                                     
Falling Star 8.10 Nice panning techniques, and a very nice tune. The simple ness of this song make it great.                                     
Pain and Passion 7.00 The volumes sound off and unbalanced for the instruments. Some times loudness cannot make up for the type of effect you wish to convey, in this case pain, so you lose the passion. The music is well written but you need to work on the sound and balance of midi.                                     
Lost Beat 8.30 Interesting sounds, and a well-put together midi. Keep up the good work.                                     
EXPERIMENTAL                                        
Mana-la-torfa 6.00 As far as techno beats go this one does not me going. The MIDI file needs some work as well. I.e. sound mixing, reverbs, chorus levels, panning and so on.                                    
Serenity 8.90 Excellent arrangements and simple. There is a sound glitch at 1:49 into the song, you may have missed this. The sound is off. You should fix this ASAP, other than this it's great song.                                    
Entrails of Snow 7.50 Interesting arrangements and sound effects, not to musical for my liking but keep up the good work.
